a. Project Initiation and Payment

  • A 50% advance is required for website projects.
  • 100% advance is required for other services (e.g., SEO, ads, content).
  • Remaining balances are due upon project completion or final approval.
  • Delays in payment may affect timelines and service delivery.

b. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide timely content, access, and approvals.
  • Delays due to client inaction are not the responsibility of Red Zog.

c. Revisions & Post-Delivery Changes

  • Two (2) rounds of revisions are included unless otherwise stated.
  • Additional revisions or post-delivery changes are chargeable.

d. Domain & Hosting

  • Red Zog offers domain registration and hosting setup support.
  • Clients may request a website transfer to their own hosting after project delivery.

3. Privacy Policy

a. Confidentiality

Client data is kept confidential and is not shared without written consent.

b. Intellectual Property

  • All deliverables remain the intellectual property of Red Zog unless explicitly transferred.
  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution is prohibited.

c. Data Collection & Usage

  • We collect personal and business data such as names, emails, payment details, and user activity.
  • This data is used to deliver services, provide support, and improve customer experience.
  • Cookies may be used to enhance website functionality.

d. Third-Party Tools

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be requested via email within 15 calendar days of purchase or contract signing.

ii. Red Zog-Initiated Cancellation

Services may be canceled by Red Zog due to:

  • Violation of terms
  • Non-payment or chargebacks
  • Lack of client cooperation or materials
  • Legal or ethical violations

A prorated refund may be issued after administrative deductions.

b. Refund Eligibility

i. 3–15 Day Window

  • Eligible for full or partial refund depending on work completed and third-party costs.
  • Refunds processed within 7 business days.

ii. After 15 Days

No refunds will be provided for cancellations beyond the 15-day window.

c. Non-Refundable Items

  • Domain registration or renewal
  • Hosting or cloud subscriptions
  • Paid advertising (Google, Meta, etc.)
  • Taxes (GST, etc.)
  • Third-party software/tools/licenses
  • Delivered content or assets
  • Custom-coded applications

d. Special Refund Cases

i. Android App Rejection

  • Refunds may be issued if a WebView app is rejected by Google Play due solely to Red Zog’s technical fault.
  • No refund for rejections due to client policy violations.

ii. Project Delays

No refunds for delays caused by client inaction or lack of communication.

e. Modifications & Plan Changes

i. Upgrades

Clients may upgrade services at any time; extra charges apply.

ii. Downgrades

Downgrades are subject to eligibility; prorated refunds or credits apply in the next billing cycle.

All requests must be submitted in writing via email.

f. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Chargebacks without prior notice may result in immediate service suspension.
  • Red Zog may pursue legal recovery for fraudulent disputes or reversed payments.

g. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Adjustments may be made for currency exchange or gateway fees.
