13. Domain Expiry Policy

Domain Registration & Renewal Responsibility:

If Red Zog registers a domain on behalf of the client, we will:

  • Register the domain for 1 year (unless otherwise agreed) using client-provided details
  • Notify the client at least 15 days prior to expiry for renewal confirmation

Renewal Charges:

Domain renewal is a recurring annual expense, and renewal fees must be paid before the expiry date to avoid service interruption.

Renewal charges will be communicated in advance based on the domain extension (e.g., .com, .in, etc.).

Non-Payment & Expiry Consequences:

If the client fails to pay the renewal charges by the due date:

  • The domain may expire and enter a grace period (usually 20–30 days, depending on the registrar)
  • During this time, the website and emails linked to the domain may become inaccessible

Redemption Period & Recovery Charges:

If the domain enters the Redemption Period (after the grace period), recovering it may involve:

  • Additional charges imposed by the domain registrar (usually higher than standard renewal fees)
  • Red Zog is not liable for any loss of domain or business impact due to non-renewal

Client-Owned Domains:

If the domain is registered directly by the client: It is the client’s sole responsibility to track renewal deadlines and make timely payments. Red Zog will not be responsible for expired domains not managed by us.

14. Cancellation & Refund Policy

a. Cancellation Window

Service plans may be canceled within 7 days of purchase.

b. Refund Eligibility

Full or partial refund within 7 days if canceled within 3–5 days, based on work completed.

c. Non-Refundable Items

  • Domain registrations
  • Hosting services
  • Third-party expenses

d. Exclusion Clause

Refunds will not be processed if delays were caused by client failure to provide content or feedback.

15. Android (WebView) App Making

Red Zog will develop a basic Android application using WebView technology that mirrors the client's website.

The application will be uploaded using Red Zog's official Google Play Console account unless otherwise agreed.

Updates or modifications after initial deployment are chargeable and quoted separately.

If the application is rejected by the Google Play Store due to errors or issues solely caused by Red Zog, a full or partial refund may be offered at our discretion.

Refunds are not applicable for rejections based on content policy violations, restricted services, or non-compliance originating from the client’s website or materials.

16. Modifications to Terms

Red Zog may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and notified via email when applicable.
